Our world is full of filth and the diseases that this bring with it, may this be the magical tainted forms of disease caused by curses or slobbishly pronounced magical incantations, jumping in the hay with the wrong friend or just pure stupidity, lack of insight or even foolish belief that some supreme power would jump out of the sky and keep all of its careless followers from even catching the common cold. My specialty may be as you have already guessed magical aliments and their mystical cures, mundane diseases are interesting too but most of those I leave to my halving assistant Floralill Honeyfly.
Frigitis, or icicle disease causes you to turn into frozen pillar of ice, usually this is the result of a cold spell gone high-wire or a curse placed on a magic user.
Labyrinthis, one of the most scary diseases out there, it is spread by touch of the blood zombie, and not surprisingly it causes you to become a blood zombie in the latter stage of its horrific and painful conditions.
Lycanthropy, or werewolfism and its closely related other forms of were-beastialism, is a disease caused by the curse of wereism, there are litteraly hundreds of different forms of wereisms out there but in common lore and to make the subject easier the most common type, lycanthropy is used to cover for any of the wereismic changling diseases
